Maintenance: Scheduled maintenance windows are announced 48 hours in advance. Emergency security patches may be deployed immediately.
Support: Customer support is provided via email, chat, and help documentation. Enterprise plans include priority support with defined response times.
Updates: We continuously improve our service. Breaking changes are announced with migration guidance.
Monitoring: Real-time system status is available at our status page. Prometheus metrics available for enterprise customers.
8. Privacy & Data Protection
